30-Day Return Window If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and we'll send a replacement at no charge — no return required.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used beyond initial testing are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
